I am concerned about eating flax seeds, fresh ground flax seeds and if you need to eat vitamin E with them or is it best not to eat them, or what would be better.

  1. Welcome Dianne to the Nourishing Community. I’m sure Henriette from Garden on the Hilltop from Denmark would know all about Flax seeds. What about it Henriette?

  2. When flax seed ‘came out’ not to long ago, it was the “wonder food” that everyone here in the States was talking about…it fixes this and that and everything else. I think some of it has merit.
    Do you like it?? Enjoy it? I think thats’ important.

    I think flax seed has merit. It’s suggested that one have 2-3 teaspoons a day.
    One thing for sure, there are no side effects, no contraindications and the Omega 3’s are good for you.

  3. I know all that, my QUESTION is since they are oxidizing don’t you have to eat v e or something with them
